ESTAS Award Win 2025
Pace has once again been recognised for its exceptional customer service, winning a Best in Postcode Award from The ESTAS – the UK’s largest and most prestigious awards programme for the residential property sector.
As the Postcode winner for SS1, Pace has now been shortlisted for a county, regional, or national award at the ESTAS Awards Ceremony, taking place on 17th October 2025. The event will be hosted by the UK’s favourite property expert Phil Spencer, in front of 1,200 of the industry’s leading professionals.
This award is based solely on verified customer reviews submitted through the ESTAS review platform, which is specifically designed for property professionals. Each review is collected at the end of the customer’s moving journey, and ESTAS monitors service levels over a full 12-month period to ensure an accurate and reliable measure of customer satisfaction.
