We were selling 2 properties at the same time and things needed to run extra smoothly due to the complexity of sales. Sue was a little gem she was completely on the ball and kept us informed at all times. We loved the fact the Pace had someone like sue who solely there to insure that all the administration was in place and that buyers and sellers where kept fully informed of proceedings. We felt that she held our hand all the way through the process and would even answer emails when she was not in the office. She is a credit to pace with amazing work ethic.
I used Pace to buy my first property, Sue Mellor chased all the necessary people on a daily basis and did everything to sped up the completion process which was really appreciated.
