I rent a storage unit, and Grace has been my managing agent throughout. She is always helpful, reliable, and there whenever I need her. If any issues arise, she goes out of her way to make sure they are resolved quickly and efficiently. Grace couldn’t be more supportive, and it makes the whole process of renting so much easier. I really appreciate her professionalism and the friendly, approachable way she manages everything.

My partner and I approached PACE in 2021 after we (and the other leaseholders) had suffered 3 previous uncommunicative, unscrupulous, greedy, parasitic and spiteful managing agents in 5 years all appointed by the freeholder who similarly would not communicate with us. They were all based in North London miles away from our building using unchecked, unverified and ghost like companies to do dodgy maintenance then bill us for work often not needed.After consulting the leasehold advisory service they recommended going for the right to manage (RTM). From the outset Martin Ransom could not be have been more helpful. For best part of a year, he guided us through the process of the RTM, was always available for open, honest advice and reassurance, something totally lacking in our previous managing agents. Martin and his team use local trusted trades and having the MyBlockOnLine access to view ALL bills and invoices was miles away from the smoke and mirrors we had previously. The openness and professional manner in which Martin and his team guided us and we're then unanimously appointed by the leaseholders in our block is testament to his hard work before and after taking the reigns to sort 5 years of mess left by the previous managing company. I have no hesitation in recommending PACE to manage your block if you so choose.
