Pace Property Professionals celebrates another ESTAS Best in Postcode Award

We’re delighted to share some more good news from the Pace team: Pace Property Professionals has once again been recognised with a Best in Postcode Award from The ESTAS, one of the UK property industry’s best-known customer service awards.

What makes an ESTAS award particularly important to us is how the winners are decided. Rather than being judged by an industry panel, the awards are based on verified reviews from genuine customers following their experience with an estate or letting agent.

The ESTAS tracks those service ratings over a 12-month period, so the award reflects the day-to-day experience customers receive rather than one particular transaction or moment in time.

For a local, independent property business like Pace, that makes this recognition especially rewarding.

Based in Southend-on-Sea and serving clients across Southend and the wider South Essex area, Pace provides residential lettings, property management, block management and property sales services.

This latest recognition continues a strong track record for the team, following previous ESTAS Best in Postcode wins and regional awards.

On to the national ESTAS Awards

Winning Best in Postcode also means Pace has now been shortlisted for the next stage of The ESTAS, with the opportunity to win a county, regional or national trophy at the awards ceremony on 16 October.

Hosted by property expert Phil Spencer, The ESTAS Awards bring together around 1,200 property professionals from across the UK and recognise businesses delivering consistently high standards of customer service.

We’ll naturally be keeping our fingers crossed for October, but for now we’d simply like to say thank you!

Crystal joined Pace in 2007 and was appointed to her current role of Managing Director in 2010, heading up the company founded by her father in 1994.
