Shortlisted for 4 ESTAS Awards

We’re very excited to share that we’ve been short-listed for not 1 but 4 ESTAS awards!  If you haven’t heard of the ESTAS, they’re prestigious property awards that honour the best property agents, conveyancers and mortgage advisors in the UK. We’ve been recognised in 3 categories for delivering outstanding customer service and also, Katie Gray has been shortlisted for the People Award!

We always try to give our clients an outstanding level of service, so we’re really thrilled that we’ve been shortlisted in the Best Letting Agent category voted for by landlords, the Best Letting Agent category voted for by tenants and also the Best Estate Agent category voted for by the general public.  The People Awards category is a special category which puts the spotlight on individual staff who have consistently gone the extra mile to help clients.  Just twenty-five individuals have made the shortlist and one of them is our very own Katie.

The awards are powered by the ESTAS online customer review platform, which allows property professionals like us, to demonstrate the customer service standards we deliver for our clients. ESTAS reviews can only be completed at the end of a property transaction and a strict verification process ensures reviews are genuine.  This year’s shortlist has been calculated following the evaluation of 660,000 customer review ratings.

This year for the first time a ‘Standard of Excellence’ has been introduced which all shortlisted firms must attain to make the grade.

Six hundred agents, conveyancers and mortgage brokers have been shortlisted around the UK making Pace one of the top property firms in the country.  The regional and national winners will be announced at the 19th annual ESTAS ceremony held in London on 14th October.  The awards will be presented by the UK’s favourite property expert Phil Spencer in front of 1,200 of the UK’s top property professionals.

Spencer said “The ESTAS Awards are based on real feedback, from real clients experiencing real service so they provide genuine proof of the service levels that a firm is delivering to clients. Now more than ever high-quality customer service is crucial if home movers are going to realise their dream of getting the property they set their hearts on.”

Crystal joined Pace in 2007 and was appointed to her current role of Managing Director in 2010, heading up the company founded by her father in 1994.

She is responsible for the daily operations of the business, whilst also ensuring the company is financially sound, has strategic direction and is planning for future growth.

Crystal takes a thoughtful and considered approach to all that she does, transferring her determination to deliver implicit care, attention and professionalism to every member of her team.
