As many of you will already be aware, Southend Borough Council has delayed the start of the Selective Licensing until the spring of 2022.

In order to ensure we are ready to apply for licences quickly and efficiently when the scheme does become operational, we will continue to gather information now as planned. We know accurate room sizes will need to be supplied to the council as part of the application process.
