A message from our Chairman

Whether you’re a landlord, agent, investor or developer, it often feels like no two days are the same in the property industry. 

Market volatility and frequent legal updates bring something new each day and we adapt; for us it’s second nature.  However, the challenges brought by Covid-19 have tested us all in different ways.

As we start to return to our regular places of work, we are all contemplating the new normal. We are assessing the risks while the COVID virus is very much still with us.  I am aware we all have different comfort zones and for many, levels of anxiety and concern will be higher than for others.  Therefore, I want to reassure you that we are continually reviewing and adapting our plans, in line with Government guidelines, as lockdown eases. 

Subject to any local restrictions, the Pace office is open with social distancing in place for our team. We cannot yet invite you inside our premises, but as we all know, now more than ever, there are plenty of alternative ways to communicate effectively.  We are all learning to embrace the new normal.

I cannot pretend to understand the personal difficulties that have burdened you over the past few months, but I do hope you, your families, your colleagues and friends can stay safe and well as we enter the second half of 2020.

 

 
 

Crystal joined Pace in 2007 and was appointed to her current role of Managing Director in 2010, heading up the company founded by her father in 1994.

She is responsible for the daily operations of the business, whilst also ensuring the company is financially sound, has strategic direction and is planning for future growth.

Crystal takes a thoughtful and considered approach to all that she does, transferring her determination to deliver implicit care, attention and professionalism to every member of her team.
